Our Refund Promise

At Vistafinup.Store, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If 15 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Personal or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used.
  • Products purchased under special promotions or clearance sales, where refunds are not applicable.

Refund Process

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions (including the return address and packaging details).
  4. After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Inspection & Processing Time

  • Returned products may take 3–5 business days for inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Refund Method

  • Online Payments: Refunded directly to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@vistafinup.store with photos or videos.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • In such cases, return shipping charges will be covered by us.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for products with minor damage or missing parts, depending on the inspection result.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your bank sometimes processing takes a few days.
  3. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve it promptly.
